Included in this Kit:

3 Rolls of Gauze (10 yards per roll of a cotton/nylon blend)

2 Rolls of 1"x 10 yds of Quality Trainer's Tape; tears easy and features a smooth unwind

1 Trainer's Scissor

This Kit will provide you with enough material to wrap 1 pair of hands.

May be used the following way:

Apply 1 Roll of gauze per hand or less. Use 5 Yards of Gauze (half a roll) for the knuckle padding per hand.

Use 7.5 yards of Tape (half a roll) per hand.
